In early May, we drove to Windsor (9 hours!) to begin our house hunt. We were only in town for a few days before we had to return to Ottawa for work. I think the thing I liked most about working with Mark was how understanding and flexible he was with our schedule and our specific needs. My boyfriend and I wanted to be as productive as possible during this visit (since we drove a long way and made adjustments with our work schedule back home). Mark was amazing. We sent him requests of all the houses we wanted to see. Within a few hours, he had appointments for every house lined up. We started early in the morning and visited house after house. Sometimes, we requested a house to see but Mark advised that it wasn’t even worth looking at because of location/neighbourhood, etc. This saved us time and frustration. We had a small window of time to sell and a lot of conditions to satisfy because we were relocating for work. We chose Mark from a number of candidates presented by my employer. Mark made the home selling experience easy and rewarding. He is hard working and professional. He was very responsive. He was committed. He was thorough. Bottom line - he delivered on all of his promises. In fact, he went over and above what was expected bringing in specialists to help with the sale.
